Slow and Steady Yoga
Classes are a Vinyasa style class that is creative and light, but slow and steady and a gentler option to a regular Vinyasa class. Classes assist with you maintaining a connection with your breath comfortably and in a way that feels supportive to you.
Yoga, breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation are offered as tools such as mantra, visualisation, and yoga philosophy to assist with fine tuning self-awareness. This yoga class is great for nervous system regulation. Students are offered different options to explore and adapt the class with what feels best for them. Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.

Mums and Bubs Yoga
Mums and Bubs is a class to connect with yourself, other mums and your baby. Movements and postures suit postnatal mums with class offering safe options to stretch and strengthen your body, breathwork and relaxation practices. Postures help build core strength, strengthen pelvic floor and realign your spine, pelvis and hips. Discussion is held at the end of each week on postpartum topics to help support each other during early stages of motherhood.
Prenatal Yoga
Classes are specifically for pregnant women from 13 weeks, who want to create ease in body and mind, to connect with your heart and womb space and your growing baby. This class promotes relaxation and is great for stress management. It improves digestion, general fitness (stamina) and health. It promotes emotional wellbeing. It can improve circulation and reduce fluid retention. It empowers women to make choices to and builds connections within the community.
Feminine Flow
In feminine Flow there is a focus on self-awareness and tuning into our monthly cycles and knowing how to adapt our yoga practice to meet our needs based on where we are at during any given time during the month. It is a nurturing, feminine, safe and gentle approach to yoga that helps us to embrace and honour our cyclical nature as women. An opportunity to slow down for self-enquiry, for relaxation and connection. Yoga that embodies Ahimsa (compassion for self and others). This course includes slow flow, yin and restorative styles of yoga. It is also great for anyone on or about to embark on their fertility journey. Please enquire if interested in this offering.
Yoga Nidra
Commonly referred to as yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique performed while the student rests in a comfortable restorative position, remaining still for the majority of the class. This class will encourage a very deep relaxation (said to equate to up to 4 hours sleep) which helps to reduce stress, insomnia and worry to leave you feeling clear headed and rejuvenated.
