I'm Kai
I am Kai Hazelgrove, a seasoned Hatha Yoga teacher deeply rooted in the transformative teachings of Viniyoga, under the guidance of Rachel Nokes. Viniyoga, renowned for its mindful and therapeutic approach, serves as the cornerstone of my practice, allowing me to tailor each session to honour individual needs while nurturing the powerful connection between breath and movement.

With a compassionate heart and a wealth of knowledge, I guide practitioners through serene practices that respect yoga's timeless traditions while embracing inclusivity and empowerment. Drawing from extensive training in Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, and Body Image with Sarah Ball, I've cultivated a sanctuary for healing and growth. Specialising in Prenatal, Postnatal, and Fertility Yoga, I am dedicated to supporting individuals at every stage of life's journey. Currently immersed in the study of Yoga Therapy, my mission is to facilitate profound healing and holistic well-being through the ancient wisdom of yoga.
